Open Stylize Portrait
- Start the app and enjoy the splash screen — quick setup gets your studio ready. When the Let’s Go button 1 glows, click to enter. Your AI models keep preparing in the background while you choose a photo and style. The first image after each launch takes a little longer; a preparation window keeps you informed until it arrives.
- On Home, click Stylize Portrait in the top menu 1 or the orange Stylize Portrait button 2.
- The top menu is always available: Home, Stylize Portrait, Result Library and Settings. Your image draft stays with you.
Add your photo
- Upload your photo 1 — click to browse, or drag a photo into the photo area.
- …or pick a sample portrait 2 from the built-in gallery to try the studio.
- …or click Take a photo 3: choose your camera, zoom 1×–3×, use the optional 3-second timer, click Capture photo, then Retake or Use this photo.
- One photo only. Click the photo to replace it, or its × to remove it. The best image shape is selected automatically — you can change it later.
- Right after you add your own photo, the Create button shows Understanding your photo… with a small progress bar. It becomes Create image again by itself, usually within a few seconds. Sample portraits are ready at once.
- For the very first image after you open the app, this check happens inside the preparation window instead (see Create your image), so you can click Create right away.
- Choose a clear photo where the face is easy to see.
- If camera access is blocked, allow it in Windows Settings → Privacy & security → Camera.
No photo? You can create from words alone — choose Custom Style and describe what you want.
Pick a ready style
- Click Pick a ready style. The gallery holds more than 200 styles — paintings, anime, 3D cartoons, sculptures, film looks and collages.
- Search by name 1 or scroll through the preview grid.
- Click a thumbnail 2 — the style’s instructions are filled in for you, and the picker closes.
- You never need to choose “man” or “woman” — the studio picks the matching version of the style from your photo.
- The preview card is an example of the style; your result depends on your photo.
Groups, pets, objects and places
Your photo does not have to be a single portrait. The studio recognizes what it shows and uses the best version of your style:
- Two to five people: a Who should we stylize? window shows each person 1. Tap one person, or click Use the entire photo 2 to keep everyone together.
- More than five people: the photo stays exactly as it is, everyone in place, and the whole picture is transformed into the chosen style.
- A pet, animal, robot, toy or cartoon character: it becomes the star of the style, in the same costume and scene.
- An object — a car, a product, food: it becomes the hero of the style’s scene.
- A place with no one in it — a room, a street, a landscape: the place itself is restyled, keeping its layout.
- Anything the studio cannot recognize: the photo is kept as it is and transformed into the chosen style.
A few styles are made only for faces. If you choose one for a place or object, a friendly message 1 offers Pick another style, Edit the prompt or OK.
For the best likeness of one person in a group photo, tap that person in the picker — the studio then works from a close crop of their face.
Keep the style—or make it yours
- Your chosen style appears at 1. To adjust its words, click the round pencil button 2.
- Edit, then click Save my changes: your words stay with this style while you keep using it, for every new creation, even if you visit other pages. Picking a different style (or picking this one again from the gallery) brings back its original words. Reset to original restores them any time; Esc or an outside click closes without applying.
- Or write your own prompt: choose Custom Style (the last card in the style list). The editor accepts up to 8,000 characters. For pure text-to-image, remove the reference photo and describe the image you want.
- Need more room? Drag the small corner handle at the bottom right of the editor to make it bigger — the text field grows with it, and the studio remembers your size. Double-click the handle to return to the normal size.
- Right-click in the text for Cut, Copy, Paste and Select All.
A useful line to add: “Keep the same face, hair, outfit and pose.” Describe changes clearly; perfect identity matching is not guaranteed.
Choose shape, size and quality
- Shape 1 sets the image proportions — square, portrait, landscape, up to 21:9 ultrawide. The exact pixel size shows beside it.
- Size 2: 768 is the recommended default; 1K is larger and slower.
- Quality 3 sets the generation steps:
Start with 768 + Fast. More steps take longer and do not always look visibly better.
Create your image
- Click Create image.
- Your first image after opening the app takes a little longer — only once per launch, while the AI models wake up. A preparation window shows your picture turning from sketch to color 1, with the percent, the current stage and the time left 2. It closes by itself when your image arrives. Cancel 3 stops this creation; the app keeps preparing.
- Every image after that starts right away. Watch the progress 4 — stage, percent and elapsed time. Stop 5 cancels.
- Browse while it works: Library, Settings or Home — then return to Stylize Portrait for the result. Keep the app open until it finishes.
If the app reports low GPU memory, try the 768 size. The time taken varies by computer and settings.
View and save the result
- Your image appears at 1; the dock 2 shows how long it took.
- Every image is saved automatically to your save folder and added to Result Library — no clicking needed.
- Pick an action:
- Save — export with your own filename or location (copies get _v2, _v3…).
- Upscale — enlarge 2×, 4× or 6×; the enlarged copy is saved in Library automatically.
- Create again — another result with the same settings.
- Use as reference — this result becomes the photo for your next creation.
Filenames use the style name and date/time, for example Gotham Collage_2026-10-09_20-04-05-012.png; upscaled copies include their scale.
2 Save As… chooses a new save location. 3 Maximize expands the viewer. 4 Close returns to the app.
5 Upscale opens the same 2×/4×/6× selector and shows the final pixel dimensions. A separate copy is saved automatically in Result Library; Cancel keeps your original. 6 Fit fits the image to the window. 7 100% shows native pixel size. Upscale always uses the original opened in this viewer, so 2× then 4× does not compound. Inspect small details with zoom — enhancement can introduce artifacts.
Revisit images in Result Library
- Click Result Library in the top menu. Every card shows date, time and dimensions; click a thumbnail to open it.
- Select with a card’s checkbox 1, or use the toolbar 2: Select all, Delete selected, Delete all, Refresh.
- Delete asks first — Keep results cancels, Delete permanently confirms, and a progress bar shows Deleting 3 of 8… until it finishes green.
Deletion is permanent. It removes the selected original images from their saved folders. Copies you exported separately with Save As are not tracked by Library.
Your save folder and updates
- Click Settings in the top menu.
- Save folder 1: click Change folder to choose where new images are saved. Existing images stay where they are and remain in Library.
- About 2: see the version and Check for updates. When one is available, choose Update now or Later; the app closes, installs and reopens by itself.
Close this Help window whenever you’re ready — your work remains in the app.
